777. Start a new week. Many of you. Well, you got in the car today and it hits you like a ton of bricks.

I've got to go do a job that I don't want to do. You're either dealing with a lack of passion for the work, you're good at it.

But it doesn't connect to your heart. There's no juice. Some of you are dealing with a toxic environment.

Just nasty co-workers or abysmal unhealthy leadership. Some of you are overwhelmed.

As soon as you pulled into the parking lot of your office, you began to feel as though you were drowning.

Having walked in the building yet. Some of you just haven't been noticed, haven't been appreciating a long time. Some of you are just bored out of your mind.

You're just so thankful for Facebook to get you through to Friday.

Hi, Ken. Thanks for taking my call. Sure. How can I help?

My fiance just moved back from another state and she is having trouble figuring out what she wants to do with her life.

I've tried to have the conversation with her that possibly going back to school, her education stops at a high school diploma.

Unfortunately, she feels a little bit intimidated me. I have an MBA and she thinks that I'm going a lot farther, a lot faster.

I just need your advice on how to have that conversation with her as to what to look for, what question is that she needs to answer for herself.

She needs to answer this big question. This is a fun one. I'd start with this one and I'll give you some other questions to help ease her brain and allow it to flow and connect with her heart.

The big question is if you could sit down with her and you say, hey, Baybliss, if we could just make it happen tomorrow, I could step my fingers and there's no risk, guaranteed success.

You knew you were going to be successful at it. No way to fail. What would you try tomorrow? Doesn't mean that you have to say this is the only thing I'm going to do the rest of my life.
