Welcome into the lounge presented by Draft Kings. I'm Ryan Mink here with Garrett Downing.

And we just heard from Ravens players and head of the Strength and Conditioning Program, Scott

Elliott, as the Ravens are in their first week of the offseason conditioning program. They got

an early start ahead of other teams

with new head coach Jesse Minner being on board. So it's good to hear from players for the

first time this off-season. And predominantly, Garrett, the conversation centered around

the coaching change and how things are different with Jesse Minner. And I'll start and say, you can definitely feel the excitement from Ravens players.

There's no doubt.

It's kind of funny when you're in that setting and you're hearing the questions that reporters have.

It puts in perspective how much has changed over the past three months.

Like there's conversations about where were you when you found out

John Harbaal was fired? Where were you when you found out Jesse Minner was hired? What do you think of

the new coaching staff? What's it like being in here? How about the attendance at OTAs? And you're like,

wow, there's been a lot that's happened in the past three months. But yeah, I'm with you. I think

that you can definitely feel the energy and the excitement.

And I think that's part of the reason the attendance is so strong as the Ravens begin these voluntary workouts.

Why Lamar Jackson and Derek Henry and Kyle Hamilton, Zayflowers, Andrews, on down the line.

The key players on this team want to be here to see what it's going to be like under the new coaching staff

and to build that rapport, learn the offense, learn the defense, and that work is happening right now as we speak.

Yeah, and it was interesting hearing from players talk about, you know, Kyle Hamilton said everything has an expiration date.

And, you know, players talked about, on one hand, you're kind of shocked when you get the news that John Harbaal has been fired.

On the other hand, you know, given the season that the Ravens had last season, players weren't totally stunned, right?
