Today we're going to be talking about the standards that people hold themselves to.

So let's go ahead and dive in, let's talk about what a standard is before anything else. So what exactly is a standard that someone's holding

themselves to?

Yeah, in my opinion, the definition of a standard is really what you're willing to tolerate.

Yeah.

Right? What you're willing to accept.

And it's different than a goal.

Right? A goal is something that we want, something that we desire.

It's like kind of like something that's maybe we haven't achieved it before, but the standard is actually the thing that we've held that has created our current results.

And it's really what we're willing to tolerate.

Yeah. Like when I think of the standards that I used to hold myself to, if I think backtalked to October 2010, when I was living inside of a one-bidgeted apartment,
