I was driving in to work today and every so often I take 465 to get to 70 to come into downtown Indianapolis.

Okay. And every so often I will see a, I believe it's a state trooper parked on the side of the road.

And I almost always am driving in the slow or middle lane.

I'm very rarely ever in the what would be deemed the fast lane and it

always happens. Because your Carl's shake if you didn't that lane. And always you can always kind of tell up ahead when this is happening because the

cars in front of you start slowing down and I was chuckle because they're slowing

down as they're actually passing the officer in question as though he doesn't have the ability to know how

fast you were going in the lead up to you going past him and so it's it's

always sparks the question in my mind that what is the number by which you can go now take

the safety zones or the construction zones out of the equation obviously that is a much

tighter restricted regulated area and for good reason.

But what is the number by which, first of all, what is the number you feel comfortable

going to which you say as I pass the officer, I am relatively confident this will not result in a traffic infraction for me.
