Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to today's episode. Today is actually part two to

yesterday's episode and I will make sure I link that in the show notes, which is all about

how to replace old ways of thinking. I read a poem from my new book. You are only just beginning,

which comes out February 14th, 2023, and I cannot wait for

everyone who is interested in it to be able to check it out. So yesterday, I was talking about

just replacing old structures in our lives, like even if it's something small and how we can

look to someone for inspiration,

somebody else in our life that is a part of our community or they might be a part of like

our virtual community in the sense of I like to think about books and movies as a part of

my community and what that meant to me in my life. And I'm like,

yeah, it's a part of the community of the people who made that are part of the community of people

who've influenced me in my mind, their community. So I take some liberty with that word,

but I hope that you can borrow that too if it applies to you. Because I want to talk about

loneliness for a minute. So whenever you are starting something new or you're trying to do something

that has never been done before, it can become incredibly lonely because you don't have a reference point to look at. You don't have anyone to talk to.

I've already been trying to write some more stuff that might end up in another book in the future,

but even before it ends up in a book, I've just been trying to get it down on the page because there

are some significant moments in my own life where I don't feel like I quite have language for

them. So I've been trying and attempting to write about these things. And it's so hard because

there are no reference points for the stuff that I'm

writing about I'm writing about small things that were actually a much bigger thing in my life

going all the way back to childhood it was something something small that happened. And I'm noticing that for
