But really, it's for anybody at any stage of life. It's incredibly important to ask yourself,, am I doing what I'm supposed to be doing? Am I doing what I want to be doing? And with the people with whom I want to be doing it. However, for many of us, it's not just enough to ask ourselves this question. We need a system, a rigorous one, to help us deliver some answers, which is where my guest today comes in.
