There is this uneasiness that what science is up to is somehow intrinsically dangerous

and may in some way threaten their faith.

The Bible is written for a specific purpose and that is for us to understand the nature of

God and the way of our salvation. The great intimacy and their love, their longing

for Christ, we can all take something from this.

Absolutely. That's beautifully stated.

apologetics resource. J Warner Wallace is a cold case homicide investigator

and he brings a unique perspective to apologetics because he brings his day-to-day

analytical skills into his study of the Bible.

Yeah, I mean one of the great ways to approach any subject like that in particular

is to be able to engage that level of skepticism and then

build backwards from that as to why you believe what you believe.

And I think many of us have become flaccid in our thinking and we can't really operate in that way.

We're not quite as analytical and because we haven't been schooled in that way or perhaps we've been out of

school for so long we've lost the ability to get into the nuts and bolts of an

argument since Jim Wallace does it every day of the week.

Yeah and we're called to be able to give an account, give a response.
