Like, you do yourself right at lunch.

I feel like lunch is an important part of self-care to you. Not so much to me. I'm a grazer. I think food in general, you know what's really sad is that I have a friend who I met in college, who I love. She didn't like food. She didn't like pasta. She didn't like brown stewed chicken. Like she didn't like, she didn't want to try anything.

She just didn't want to try.

And then we started to travel as we got our income tax checks.

And we would use them to go somewhere for a week or two, to Argentina or France or, you know.

And as we were traveling, like, you don't have any choice but to eat what is there

and everything is delicious you know I mean of course you know where to get like you know that government

mac and cheese that looks like it's definitely chemically like flavored but like just delicious

food I think that is such a um it's like if you love yourself then you know you should put good things in your mouth hey oh that's how you stay married but she didn't even like tomatoes until she went to italy and then she tasted what a tomato was like and now she will you know shop from little farms, upstate New York and stuff like that.

So all this to say, yes, I like good food.

And sometimes I don't even want good food.

I just want something little nattie.
