When I was in the seventh grade, this guy came in to teach our Sunday school class and he was 27 years old.

His name was Tony Rolling.

And he his name was Tony Rolling and he'd gotten saved out of a pretty bad background and Tony stayed

for the rest of the time not only for the year he stayed for like rest of the time, not only for the year, he stayed for like years after that.

And he was this big strong guy and he'd set in class and cry because Jesus had changed it, you know? And he made an impression on us.

We were in those junior high high school years and even though I didn't accept Christ then, I just, I know I'm partially in the kingdom because of he kept he just

showed us Jesus you know. He'd talk about Jesus and he also had this college ring he'd

turn around and pop us on the head when we talk.

Well, there's a lot of people that gave to get us in the kingdom.

So turn to Luke chapter 16.

I want to talk to you about giving.

If you're new, this is what is what we're calling miracle offering weekend.

And we are giving an extravagant offering this weekend

time for the next year whatever the Lord says to build a building for us to reach people.

We, um, this weekend us to reach people. This weekend is our two year anniversary, by the way. This is our two year

anniversary. We started two years ago. It was on Easter, but it was a third weekend in April.

And we have three services now. The 7 o'clock on Saturday night, the 9th Sunday morning, 11 o'clock, and God is continuing to reach people.

I mean, I see people here who've been saved because of Gateway Church, and God's done a good

work. But we need a building and we not only need a new building, we need a building.

We have a building. This is our, we're leasing this building. We're grateful for it, but you know, we'll probably this fall, we'll be in Forest Services, you know, we just won't be able to hold everyone. And so we need a building. And God's graciously given us land in South Lake Boulevard.

So if you're new, that's what we're going to do today. And it's something that God's doing in our hearts.

The miracle is not how much money comes in. and it's something that God's doing in our hearts.
