0:37.6	about on those two topics. Let's start with this immunity decision and I spent the morning going back over this because I've been so much down the
0:45.7	rabbit hole of the debate commentary and the future of the Democratic ticket,

0:59.8	And I finally came to grips about this case on immunity.
1:06.2	This is way more sweeping than I was expecting.
1:09.8	Now, I think on the face of it this decision appears what we expected right when I first
1:18.2	saw news of this I said oh yeah okay there's carve out for and we I think we probably talked about this on the
1:23.8	podcast but I we expected that there would be a carve out for official X and that they
1:29.0	would distinguish official from unofficial right that's what we expected, right? And it seems like that's what they said, but they went so further.
1:40.0	And so they took a pretty broad view of what an official act is, something we could talk more about.
1:46.1	They went kind of, they got pretty specific about the actual allegations against Trump.
1:50.8	They said that he cannot be prosecuted for his efforts to, quote,
