0:00.0	All right, so let's get back to this next phase of your life.
0:02.8	You know, you were a pilot.
0:04.1	You still are just obviously less full time now.
0:07.0	Yes.
0:07.5	And you sell your property management company,
0:09.9	which had been building up for years and all that.
0:12.8	And so now you go into this stage of becoming a real estate investor
0:17.8	and a coach and all that.
0:18.9	Talk about that.
0:20.0	Yeah, you know, I think I was my perception of this whole thing
0:25.2	we call life is, you know, your life is a book.
0:27.6	And you have chapters.
0:28.6	Just like you had a chapter of playing pro sports.
0:31.2	Right.
0:31.7	I've had chapters.
0:32.6	And, and, you know, the one thing I've learned is chapters begin and chapters end.
0:36.2	And you can't carry that chapter forward.
0:38.5	So for me, the end of the chapter for the property management company, that was the end.
0:41.8	It wasn't, I didn't meet, it doesn't, I didn't need to milk it and kill it.
0:46.7	It was doing good.
0:47.6	It was time to sell for me.
0:48.8	It was time to flip the chapter.
