let's get started welcome back to the podcast i am really excited about a two-part series that begins today and we'll conclude next week.

And here's how it will work. Here in just a couple of minutes, I'm going to pose a would-you-rather

question for you. You will not like it. Or at least because it is designed to make you think about

who you are and wrestle with it, it will be somewhat uncomfortable. And here is the

absolute most frustrating part. We're really not going to address it until next week. There are

some personality concepts that I want you to think about today. It's almost like you're getting a

free 20-minute personality test and how to balance that and why it's important.

And then when we come back next week, we will look at how to use that data to help resolve some of the conflict that will arise when I pose this to you.
