Welcome to the Mike Litten experience.

This is another episode of Mike Time.

So I was, one of the most important jobs I've had is being a dad.

And we have two beautiful children, Michael, who's our oldest, is going to be 25.

This is in October of 2023, it'll be 25.

And my daughter, Madison, just turned 23.

And I'm super, super proud of these kids, super proud of how they turned out.

And one of the things that we did when they were growing up was my, my sister and

I were growing up fought like cats and, and I was not going to have that with my children.

And so one of the things that I did was I literally used what they call the Socratic method with my children when they would get into a disagreement.

And so from the time that they could literally learn how to talk, they knew that their job with

their sister or their brother, their sibling, was to be their

sibling was to be nice.

And so if they ever got in a fight,

they had to come in and sit with me, the two of them,

they had to sit down with me and I literally asked them these questions.

What's your job? And they would answer with me and I literally asked them these questions.
