0:55.8	the 17th, and today I'm going to be kind of picking up what I have been talking about
1:00.8	on Wednesday, talking about attitude and how it kind of determines our altitude. That's
1:05.9	what my mom always used to say to me, and I rolled my eyes, but turns out she was right.

1:16.6	about the idea of being a scornful person or a scoffer today. So stick around. I know
1:22.1	it sounds not encouraging, but I think you're going to be encouraged.
1:25.1	So one of my favorite passages in the Word of God is found in Psalm. Psalm 1 says that
1:40.0	that blessed is the man who does not walk in the counts of the wicked or sit in the seat
1:44.2	of scoffers or stand in the way of mockers, but his delight is in the law of the Lord.
1:49.6	And in his lie, he meditates day and night. And so today I'm going to talk a little bit
1:53.9	about why the Psalmist David said that and why it's so important for us to be always aware
