You know, I'm always talking about the need for training and trying to explain the difference between practice and training. And how much training do you need?

But explain what KR training is and who you guys are and what you do.

Basically, I've been teaching down in Texas since 1991. When I started teaching classes, we did not have,

Texas didn't have a carry permit. There was no mandatory handgun training program. I started to

teach in mainly because sort of early gun culture 2.0,

I was a tech nerd and I got into shooting and all of a sudden other people that knew me started

asking me to teach them. None of them had grown up around guns. And so I started offering some

classes. And then I wanted to get better at teaching. So I went and got

certified as an NRA instructor. I got certified as a training counselor. And then all of a sudden,

boom, Texas Pass can seal carry and demand for my services literally exploded at the point that

we rented office space and we were teaching two classes a week, you know, every week for

years, several years. And along the way, we stumbled on the crazy idea that there are more people
