How are you today? Hey, what's up, guys? Good to talk with you again. Yeah, you too. I don't want to take away from Alabama's win, but one of the stories coming out of the game, obviously, is what that loss did for Auburn. And I don't know about

your view from the court side, but through the magic of television, it looked like one team was playing

for their tournament life and one was not. And it looked like Alabama was. I was just baffled by the

lack of effort by Auburn. Courtside, did it feel the same way for you?

Certainly a bad start. And Alabama came out swinging. They're a hot momentum riding type offense. So if you can, you know, as a defense, the worst thing you can do is let them see a few

easy ones going early. There was a defensive breakdown where Phylon just kind of walked in for the easiest

layup in the half court he'll probably have all season.

And then from there, you're right, it just never became a game.

I don't know at what point it was a double-digit game, but it just stayed that way.

I thought if anything, as crazy as it sounds, I thought the best thing

Auburn did was from an eye test standpoint, like that thing could have gotten to a 30, 35 point

lead. I think it was in the 20s at some point and it wasn't going the right direction. And

I guess the last, you know, 10 to 15 minutes of that second half, just by making

the score be respectable.

The last thing you want is nationally televised game.

I know the metrics are all part of it, but you certainly don't want the final score being a 90

to 62 or something like that.

So they scored enough buckets to get the score respectable.

That doesn't mean it saves them by any stretch of imagination. But I thought in terms of it could have been worse,

actually. I think it probably could have been a little bit. But the slow starts have been one of

those things that's just haunted this team over the past six to seven weeks.
