This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

Now, when Julian Assange went into the Ecuadorian consulate, if you remember seven years ago,

one of the things he argued, the reason he asked for asylum and was given it to him by Ecuador and citizenship,

was that he was afraid that he would be charged for a political crime, which is a crock.

But anyway, he said, Sweden wants me, and then there's an extradition request from the United States,

and all they want to do is nail me for publishing the WikiLeak or publishing the information

about the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton business. And he said,

that's political. And the Ecuadorian government agreed. And he said, if it ever happens that I am

extradited, then it's going to be a political issue. And Ecuador really was upset about that

and agreed with them. Well, those days are gone. By the way, he's absolutely right. Sweden is

extraditing him or is asking for extradition from England, and the United States is also asking

for extradition. Everything he thought would happen is absolutely true. So he's in jail right now for a year

for skipping bail from seven years ago. Then Sweden has reopened the rape case against him,

and they have asked for extradition as part of their investigation.

Then the United States has acts for extradition based on he was complicit in stealing classified information from the U.S. government via Chelsea Manning.

And they're saying he was part of the plot to get that information.

Now, he's going to argue that Chelsea Manning just gave it to him and then he published it.

There, I think he's got a true First Amendment argument,

but not if he was part and parcel of it.

So what's going to happen to good old Julian Assange?

Hopefully he goes down pretty hard because he is a sleaze ball.

And the fun part is the only reason the Ecuadorian government kicked him out of the consulate
