some vacation, Donald Trump could actually be in court.

He's saying in court filings tonight that he believes Trump and his two co-defendants,

Not coincidentally, or maybe not coincidentally, one week before Trump is all but certain to become the

nominee at the Republican Convention. Funny how this works, right? Meanwhile his

saying, well how about August 12th?
