Yo, what's up? This is Leo for actualized.org, and today I wanted to talk about the issue of fear and how fear can be holding you back from really achieving a lot of the success that you might want in your health, career, relationships, etc areas in your life and some ways to reduce fear. In fact, one really good technique for this

0:28.3

that I found is by simply asking the question, what's the worst that can happen?

0:34.4

So I ask you, what is the worst that can happen

0:37.8

1:54.0

But I used to live in Dallas and I made that transition

1:58.0

just earlier this year and for me it was a really big

2:02.0

a really big shift in my direction in my life and what I was doing and also pretty substantial move across the country was like

2:10.1

1200 miles from Dallas to Vegas.

2:13.0

I have to move everything over.

2:14.8
