What would you say is one of the more unique foods that you have tried in your lifetime, a unique food item?

Oh, man, so I'm a chef.

We did a wild game tasting dinner once.

I was still a cook at that time, and the chef I was working for got all these ingredients

and we're trying stuff left and right all day long, and he comes over to me, he goes, Matt,

Matt, you've got to try this, and he puts this really nice looking piece of red meat on my

cutting board, and I was like, oh, cool, beef.

I'm just going to eat it, you know, like tartar, whatever.

And I'm chewing on it.

And it's like, chef, this is, this is, like, really metallic and, like, a little weird.

What kind of beef is this?

And he goes, dude, did you just eat that?

Spit that out right now. I was like, okay, I spit it out.

What was it?

Dude, that's raw beaver.
