I'm Sophie. And wow, do we have a lot to cover today. Sophie and our new

researcher, Olivia, put in the work. They got their fucking asses up and worked and did a phenomenal

outline that more likely than not will require a part two. We'll see where we go with this.

Yeah. So let's play by air. We might require two-part episode,

you guys. Like, there's just a lot to cover more than I, more than I fully realized. But yeah,

before we jump in, Christy, how are you doing? I am doing well. I am still giggling about our

Dark Energy Tuesday episode, which we actually recorded yesterday. So we're kind of

back to backs. But you guys will obviously see it spaced out Tuesday, Thursday. But yeah, I am so

excited. We just had a snark bait team meeting yesterday. So Jenna Jordan and Olivia, of course,

Sophie and I joined. And we kind of just gab for like 45 minutes. And it's so nice to have a team now.

And I know we've like talked about it briefly on other episodes,

but like to see everyone in the same room together was so nice.

I'm fine. I actually just started a new SSRI this morning. So we'll see how it goes,

you guys. It's just like everybody stay strong. 2025 is not off to a good start. It's also like January is the worst month. If you're feeling

down, I feel like I say this all the time. I'm like, guys, if you're feeling like depressed as

fuck, you're not the only one. What SSRI are you on? I'm also on an SSRI. I was on a fixer for a

really long time for years and years. And that's also the generic is Venla vaccine. And I was on that for so long
