people from taking the action that they need to in order to create the life that they want.

So if you feel like sometimes you somehow get in your own way, maybe you self sabotage

And if you can master this, it will be so much easier for you to take action, to do whatever

it is that you need to do, to create the life that you want.

Because life is very simple, I keep saying this a lot, is it's black and white as to whether

you get what you want to in life.

It's not like you kind of get what you want to, it's either you get what you want to,

or you don't.

And that's it.

And if you do these things, you're going to stop holding yourself back, you're going

to start taking action you need to so that therefore you can create the life that you

want.

And so it's the idea of opportunity versus obligation, the opportunity of something versus the

obligation of something.
