| 1:13.8 | When we started into this process a lot of conservatives came to us saying look we love this |
| 1:17.9 | idea but how will government operate on much lower revenue. |
| 1:22.6 | And so we did the research and what we found was kind of an old V8 moment. |
| 1:27.3 | It's the spending. |
| 1:29.5 | Every state provides the same basic basket of services. |
| 1:32.2 | They have education and social services and |
| 1:34.3 | highways and so forth, but the states that provide those services at better prices |
| 1:39.5 | can pass the savings on in lower taxes. |
