uh... well the thing that stands out that some of the wrote toward the end of

love people use things

there was uh... i just pulled out so this is uh... our new book comes out the

summer

and this section is called apologize to move on it's toward the end of the book

it turns out that sometimes the toxic person in the relationship is

you meaning me

it takes self-awareness and strength to realize this and admit your decisions

have been inappropriate naked gender even toxic poisoning the relationship

with your bad behavior

other times the poison is subtle

a mere micro dose of toxicity

you made honest mistakes and errors that stain the relationship

i think it's kind of what you were talking about there's like

sometimes you didn't realize like

i was being a jerk right did something i i need to apologize for it's not out

of malice it's not even a bad decision per se

it's just an error that you made yet when i screw up it's usually a

hindsight saying where i'm like oh
