What's the craziest last will and testament that you had to deal with?

I worked at an attorney office and had a little old lady give her house and belongings to a bus

driver. The bus driver was nice to her and would help her. We were all waiting for all

heck to break loose when her family found out. They could maybe contested on the basis of her mental

health, but when I was a witness to the signing,

she seemed fine and knew the answers to the questions, so she wasn't having severe mental problems

as far as we could tell.

If I recall correctly from my trusts and estates class, a better way to ensure someone gets nothing,

the deconant should have something to the effect of, I leave, family member name, my love, or give them a paltry

sum like one dollar. To son A, I give my house, to son B I give my boat, and to son C, I give a buck.

Military lawman here had a young client come in for a will before deployment. He put in a request

to be buried in blue jeans,

a Chris Jericho t-shirt, and his replica W.W.E. Championship belt. Happily, this airman
