I thank you so much for taking my call. Sure. What's up?

So I'm new to the Dave Ramsey. I just heard about you guys about a week ago. I've been living under a rock.

But I look through the baby steps and I'm kind of coming up with an issue right now.

So my family, I was living in Los Angeles, California. I sold my home.

And with the profit, I was able to purchase a home outright in what we live in to Sammy Florida where I took a position that now has doubled my income.

Fabulous.

So if you have a paid for housing, a doubled income, see a California.

So we are really needless to say we feel incredibly blessed.

Yeah.

But the problem I'm having right now is, you know, we with the home, we still have about $100,000 left over.

We have about 150,000 between cash in the bank and we also invested in gold.

But my problem is my new employer, we don't have a 401k and I don't qualify now for a loss.

So I'm kind of getting a little nervous as far as what's the best way to grow my money.

I'm 30 years old right now.

So let me get this straight. You're 100% dead free. You don't know on your house.

You doubled your income.

I don't think there's anything to be nervous about except where we're going to throw the party.

I mean, you are really doing it. This is great. Good for you.

So not to not to make light of you or anything.
