And this is just my own personal take on this, is that I've noticed and there's all kind

of, you know, they showed where the 10 year treasury has been versus where, you know,

actual rates are and what an inflation.

That's where they compared inflation with the 10 year treasury and there's been a huge

separation because when you overlay this historically, there was some correlation.
