There's two types of people who will be coming to the peer space website, you'll have the

0:03.0

host who wants to list their property and you'll have the people that want to book. So from just

0:09.3

like case studies that are out there right now, what are the types of properties that are

0:14.1

listing on peer space? Because I think the assumption would be, oh, it's for, you know,

0:19.4

big warehouses or x-wires that it's not going... I think a host watching this may be thinking it's

0:24.2

not going to be fought for me. So if you could just give some different types of examples of people

0:28.4

that are listed in their properties on peer space just to sort of calm that objection that

0:33.6

somebody may have. Yeah, well, we are interested in bringing on unique spaces, whatever kind of

0:40.7

0:57.8

locks, flats, single-family homes, people who are listing their backyards, for example. You can

1:07.6

list parts of the space as well, I should mention. So when you list your space, it doesn't mean that

1:12.2

you're giving somebody access to furniture and people aren't sleeping or staying overnight

1:17.4

peer space speaking. So yeah, we have many different space types, but we certainly see quite a

1:23.3

bit of demand for residences, particularly from production segments and for our meeting segments

1:31.3

where teams would like to get together and they were relaxed in inspiring space. There's a ton of

1:37.4

variety in residences and every space is really different and you can find a chair looking for

1:42.8

if you're a person or a mentor. So at what point of the peer space journey, and I don't know how long

1:48.8

you've been in the company for, but what part of the peer space journey did you realize that I'm

1:52.8

going to say, can we need to get short-term rental accommodation businesses on this platform?

1:58.8

Was it a specific moment, or was it just something that you sort of decided to target from the

2:03.6

off? Or was it something that came in like a couple of years down the line?
