You know, someone asked me this question the other day, and I didn't have an answer.

Now, there's a few things I want to get going, but for some reason, I've allowed myself

to think that something is in the way.

Have you ever been there before?

You know, normally that thing is ourselves.

Sometimes we beat a roadblock, the wall, and the hurdle.

Sometimes we are the problem that instigated, but we're also the solution.

Now, when I'm meditated on this, I knew I was going to have a problem, and I didn't

know what stopped me.

You know, I had some good reasons.

You know, I was like, okay, well, I need a little bit of time for this, and some experiences

for this.

I needed to attend some other areas of our life, because at the end of the day, if you

put your all into something, another area of your life is going to lack, so we always

have to come back and find that balance, you know, nurture the foundation and replenish

the soil.

Now, when we do all of these things, and now there's nothing in the way, for some reason,

we still allow ourselves to be in the way.

99% of people probably struggle with showing up for themselves in the capacity that they

would like, and it's kind of a good thing.

It means we recognize that there is so much more within us.

When you are hard on yourself, you are basically saying, I could feel there is more to you
