0:05.3	marriage and family therapist, an author, a speaker, a husband, all those things. But I'm also
0:10.3	the father of four amazing, wonderful children. And coming up on today's episode, I have interviewed
0:15.6	my daughter McKinley, aka Mackey, aka Mac. She is 21, I believe, and I know that sounds like a joke, but holy cow,
0:23.7	I have joked about the approximate ages of my kids and my wife for so long that I honestly
0:28.9	questioned myself, but she was born in 1999. And so just to make sure that I got this right,
0:33.7	I went and looked up her age on a birthday calendar on the internet because I was so in my head that I was going to get her age wrong.
0:40.9	But that led me down a little bit of a rabbit trail.
0:42.8	So Mackey is 685,584,000 seconds old or 11,426,400 minutes or 190,000 hours, almost 8,000 days, 11,000 weeks, 260 months, or 21
0:59.2	years old, 8 months, 21 days old, which makes me, by the way, I couldn't help myself,
1:03.7	I am 1.6 billion seconds old, or 27 million minutes. That is kind of mind-blowing. That translates out to 51 years, nine months,
1:14.6	and 21 days old, which is insane, but I digress. So today's episode is so good and yes, I am biased
1:21.1	because I interview my daughter, but I have received plenty of amazing feedback from the episodes
1:25.9	that Mackey has been on the past.
1:32.3	She's come on openly and she has talked about her struggles with anxiety and depression.
1:36.4	And she was also on a panel of guests, which is one of my favorite episodes of all time,
1:41.0	where we were a few months into the pandemic and she was there with my oldest daughter, Alex,
1:46.5	and Alex's husband Mitch and my wife, her lone appearance on the virtual couch, and my nephew Connor, which was, he's a hilarious individual. So today, though,
1:52.1	I want you to know we go really, really deep. Mackie just graduated from cosmetology school,
1:57.1	and she has taken a job at an absolutely incredible salon in South Jordan, Utah that just
