You may have heard that God’s holiness keeps him from getting close to sinful humanity, but in the Bible we see God regularly doing the opposite, drawing near to dwell with human beings. We encounter this reality again and again, including in a surprising place—the tabernacle blueprints. 0:00.0	We are reading through the scroll of Exodus, which has three literary movements, and movement
0:10.3	one God liberates Israel from slavery.
0:13.2	In movement two, God brings Israel through the wilderness to Mount Sinai.
0:18.1	And that leads us to where we are today, movement three, in which God gives Israel the
0:22.9	blueprints for a sacred tabernacle.
0:25.8	At the end of movement two, we left Moses up at Mount Sinai.
0:29.8	He is in the spot where heaven and earth are one.
