It's scary if your boundary is sort of accepted and the person loves you in your boundary,

because then that means that you're, the way that you have modeled the world in the past has to now change.

Yes.

That means you have to change.

Well, I'm Alexa Anderson.

For about the last decade, I've been doing design research and strategy.

So helping my clients, mostly big corporate

clients and teams of big corporations, to sort of ask better questions and make big decisions.

Since pandemic, I'm pivoting to doing coaching.

Also, I've worked with you, Joe, and that's been really amazing.

And I would consider myself to be part of a community of people who are doing this kind of work and trying to live into some of these ways of being a person in the world.
