Our friend, our friend Cash Patel, who's made his rounds through various

parts of the federal government, from Devon Nune's staff to the National Security Council to DoD and most recently in this entire Mar-Alago saga I think of him sort of as the forest gump of the Trump years.

is because we've learned that the Justice Department prosecutors have offered him immunity and I want to

just first break down all of these things. So what is immunity and specifically what is use immunity which is what Patel appears to have received from DOJ?

So immunity is a protection that keeps you from being prosecuted.

And immunity can be given either by a prosecutor or by a judge.

So a prosecutor can give you what a lot of times
