So give me your top line view here of everything it took place yesterday and what you think is likely to occur here.

Well, my top line view is we're an unprecedented territory, Rich.

Obviously, never before has a former president been indicted.

Obviously, we don't know what these charges are yet because the indictment hasn't been released.

But if it's based on what we've heard reported, these hush money payments to stormy Daniels,

it's really a complex, a novel, legal theory that the road district attorney, Alvin Bragg, and Manhattan is pursuing there.

And I think it stands in stark contrast to his position on many other criminal justice issues.

You know, he's one of the Soros backed prosecutors that came into power pledging not to prosecute most misdemeanors, pledging not to seek incarceration for most cases,
