Hey everyone and welcome to the John Mark Comer

teachings podcast. My name is Strawn Coleman and I am on the teaching team here at

practicing the way. Over the last few years we've been steadily releasing John

Mark's teachings from the five-year period when Bridgetown Church was developing the first version of practicing the way.

It's been an amazing journey and we've loved sharing these teachings with you.

But now we've finished all the teachings from that period and as we look forward we're excited to be offering some new content on the podcast

First you can expect to hear more of John Mark's new teachings which we've already started to release.

We'll also continue to explore some of John Mark's teachings from an earlier period

that you haven't heard yet. You'll hear some conversations, interviews and talks with other luminaries in the

practicing the way movement too. Voices who inspire us and that we feel have

something important to offer in the journey of spiritual formation we're on.

We're excited to share them with you.

And finally, we wanted to continue to revisit and remember some of our previously published

series, with new discussion questions, reflections and other

tools to help you get even more out of it, keeping in line with our goal to not just transfer

knowledge but to put it into practice. That will be part of my role as the new host of this

podcast, helping to create intentional, prayerful space to engage with the messages that are coming out of this community.

We're excited to keep walking this journey with you as we give space to God to speak and guide us in our times.
