What's going on, guys? Welcome into today's episode. Today is the first solo episode of

24. And I wanted to take today's episode to give you guys a little bit of clarity around

what you can expect here on this particular segment of the

show in 24. As you guys know, 23 was wild. I sold all three of my hotels and the hotel brand and

operating company. I bought a lot of commercial real estate. I traveled a ton with my family. I really was focused on

what this next season and chapter was going to look like for me and getting crystal clear.

I think many of you have heard me say, I am a mission driven person. And if I don't have that

clear mission, right? And that North Star, sometimes it's

easy to drift and feel a little bit lost, especially when you're somebody that's always

intentionally marching towards something, right? And so that was an interesting season for me,

but it brought up a lot of great opportunity for growth. And one of the areas that we're heavily focused on this year

in 2024 with the team that we've gotten clarity on is creating community and, you know, really

thinking about where the Millionaire Mindcast and our team's energy is best allocated. That is again in alignment

with this five-year vision, which is building a massive commercial real estate investment

portfolio that employs lots of people, impacts lots of communities, and creates lots of

cash flow. And of course, as many of you know and creates lots of cash flow. And of course,

as many of you know, right, that's just the kind of passive income and wealth building asset

management side of a real estate business and portfolio. But then the other side is I love

being active and creative, hence why operated my hotels, hence why we created all these

hotel brands.

And that is a massive passion and focus going forward as well, right?
