| 0:48.0 | and then the partial recovery was so fast. |
| 0:51.0 | The numbers that we do have seem to go out of date really quickly. |
| 0:54.0 | Once every three months, we get these advanced numbers about the GDP, the gross domestic product. |
| 1:00.0 | That's the sum total of everything we buy and sell. |
| 1:02.0 | And that number comes out, and when it comes out, it's just an advanced number, |
| 1:06.0 | and then it gets updated a month later. |
| 1:08.0 | And then there is all this data. |
| 1:10.0 | We only get a glimpse of, like, once every blue moon, consumer spending, housing. |
| 1:15.0 | So how does the next Congress, the next president, design a plan to help the economy? |
| 1:21.0 | Figure out who to send money to and exactly how much. |
