Maybe you can just let our listeners and viewers know about yourself.

How would you describe what keeps you busy?

So I'm primarily a clinical and forensic psychologist,

but I also host the podcast Locked Up Living,

where there might be some similarity of overlap at times in terms of issues we've covered.

And I'm also a founder of Octopus Psychology,

and we are the UK's stockest of Russia Wave,

bilateral light stimulation glasses which help calm the nervous system.

Well, so a lot going on there, so I've got plenty to work with.

Tell me about Locked Up Living, what's the main focus of this?
