Hello, Lakers Nation. Welcome into the Lakers Nation.com live podcast. My name is Trevor Lane and the Lakers Summer League just came to a conclusion. They fall to the Denver Nuggets.

Not exactly a pretty game, which a number of Summer League games are that way, but nonetheless, the Lakers Summer League comes to an end.

We'll talk a little bit tonight about the good, the badakers Summer League comes to an end. We'll talk a little bit tonight

about the good, the bad of Summer League, what we can take away from that as well as what's next

for the Los Angeles Lakers. And of course, I'll be taking your questions and comments for those

you coming in from X, from YouTube, from Facebook, all over the place. Welcome in to all of

you joining me here tonight on a Friday evening.

So let's get into it.

Summer League comes to an end for the Lakers.

Again, not a great Summer League wins and losses wise in terms of overall record.

But we did see some bright spots for the Lakers.

And I think the place to really start with all of this in terms of the biggest bright spot, it was Brony James. Brony James was fantastic. I mean,

we saw real growth from him over the course of Summer League. You couldn't have asked for

more out of Brony James in terms of not just what we saw in terms of

his defense, not just what we saw with his on ball skills, but his overall how comfortable

he was out there on the court. I thought Brony was absolutely fantastic in terms of just how

steady he looked.

His leadership role was evident on this Lakers team.

That was really impressive for a guy who is one of the younger players on this team.

In fact, I believe he is the youngest player on the Summer League team.

So that was certainly a positive coming out of summer league was

Bronny's growth as a Los Angeles Laker.
