2006. John Harbaugh is going to be formally introduced as the next head coach of the New York

Football Giants. Sean Marash will be at the press conference, huge. WFN will be airing it live

it as well. Sean, how are you doing? I'm excited, Justin. It's good to see that this deal is officially done. That would have been a real kick in the ass if you and I stayed up until 2 in the morning for something to completely fall through.

And I have to be honest, Justin, I watched all the divisional round playoff football, obviously mainly with the Patriots and Bears with this thought of, Jesus Christ, can we be playing in these games next year? I know we might be getting ahead of ourselves, but why not? Why not dream this weekend? Why not? Well, dude, I mean, that's where I want to first start.

Before we get to the to the three-day waiting period of it officially officially happening, right?

It's crazy how many times we've, you know, gone through the definition of official over the last week.

But before, before we get to that, I think the coolest thing that's just come out of

Harbaugh at the start, and we're going to hear more of it by the time you may be listening

to this, you may have already listened to the pressure.

But Ian O'Connor put out the piece.

I think the Giants roster is strong, Harbaugh says, and it's our job to make it

stronger. We are going to compete for the playoffs and for championships. I want to make the

playoffs. I expect and want to make the playoffs next year, Sean. Bringing back standards, the standard

has been raised, and that's awesome. Yeah, it is. And look, if the Giants don't make the playoffs next year, and believe me, we will get there and we I don't think I'm going to scream and yell in John Harborough's first year that they didn't, but it's just good to know that this is a coach who has done this, been in the playoffs a million times while the Giants have not over the last decade and wants to set that

precedent and that alone like that Justin I go back to something you pounded into my head that
