Martin Tuesen from Arms Core, Rock Island.

I love having you on the show, man, because you're a gun guy, and you guys do some interesting

things, some different stuff, which is fun. Well, you know, I've always loved guns.

My dad's brainwashed me to be in this business since I was three and a half years old, so it's

my passion. My wife always says that I love my factory more than I love her.

And what's not true, the factory is just a demanding baby.

That's right. When you want to set it up and you want to do things right, you have to do it yourself.

So I had to spend a lot of time there over the last 10 years to get it right. Right now, I haven't

been back in two years. So obviously, I'm getting something right. My team is great. I have to give

them all the credit. I may have set everything up, and now it runs on remote control.

Kind of like what the US operation is. We set up Arms Core, I spent 15 years setting up the US

operations, and my team here, it's like remote control. I just get reports. I go in once every

two weeks, say hi to everybody, ask if they need anything for me, and everybody tells me just to

get out of their way. That's good. That's a good test. I've heard that before. If you really want

to see if your business is running great, what you try to do is make yourself obsolete as the

business owner. Can you, can you like step away for an entire month and things continue to keep

going? I mean, that's what you're talking about. Can you step away for two years and
