How many days do you still train? How many days do you go to gym?

Well, I train now just because I want to get back and shape and then just do it for content.

So like Monday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

I think like Wednesday, all.

I think workout like workouts like weights or just training.

I lift. I lift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, all hoop.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I may play a game Saturday or Sunday or both days.

And then like just individual training. I haven't really got back into it yet.

But I probably just like shoot some shots to work out on my own.

I have a private location or just be at it regularly.

Sometimes at a private location, sometimes I just go to lifetime.

Just depending on wherever I feel like.
