We're going to go to 2nd Timothy chapter 3 in verse 16.

If you're new to this space or new to our community every time we gather

from the beginning 1992 and my dad along with Pastor Dawn and others

started this church with some 20 people at the courtyard Marriott in Bellevue.

Since that day to now every time we gather we go to this book

which we believe is the story of God's incredible love for each and every one of us.

You're going to hear good news today, not bad news,

and so you don't have to feel nervous you can relax a little bit and

enjoy God's incredible love for you. God is not mad at you. There's not a big

cosmic eternal scowl on his face towards you.

He is smiling at you, he loves you,

and even if your mom tricked you to coming today,

made you come today.

God loves you so much.

Second Timothy, chapter 3 in verse 16.

We've been doing a collection of talks entitled the other 316.

And we base it, of course, on John 316 316 the scripture Tim Teboe wrote okay let's get it going and

It says for God's will of the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have

everlasting life in an effort to further understand the implications and the

ramifications of John 316 we're going to other chapter 3 and verse 16

passages in the Bible to continue to explore and remind ourselves all that Jesus

has done for us.
