All right, all right. What's going on everybody? We are back in the studio for a good little bit.

We got a good little break here next week around Wednesday. I got to go I've got a speaking event

in South Dakota and then Montana and you know it's a whole thing but we are in

studio for the next several days so I'm super excited about that we have got a lot

of stuff to talk about we now have we, we titled it, what's in the deal?

Because that's what everybody's calling it, the deal.

It's actually a memorandum of understanding.

And for any of you that have ever done any negotiations of any kind,

legal negotiations, like big business deal negotiations.

You know, this is what you start with.

You start off with, okay, these bullet points get us to a starting level of which we can now agree to

continue finalized conversations for an actual deal.

So we're going to go over that.

We're going to go over what's in the memorandum of understanding.

We're going to talk all of these things out for you.
