0:47.1	President Joe Biden, along with U.S. allies in Europe, has issued stark warnings to Russian
0:54.1	President Vladimir Putin.
0:56.7	In recent months, Putin has been ramping up a threatening military presence along Russia's
1:03.1	border with Ukraine.
1:05.2	With roughly 130,000 Russian troops in place, fears are mounting that Russia could be on the brink of invading
1:14.2	Ukraine.
1:15.1	Okay, that's bad.
1:17.6	Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe and sits directly between Russia and the
1:23.8	rest of the European Union.
1:26.1	Once part of the Soviet Union, it is now independent and considered part of Europe.

1:35.9	But at the root of this current conflict, is Russia's insistence that Ukraine never be allowed
