cleaning your house. Thanks for joining me. This is episode 74. We're going to clean the whole house. But first, you might want to do

a couple of things to kind of kick off your cleaning session and help you feel a little bit more

relaxed. If you're familiar with the show, you probably know what those things are. But you might

want to start a load of laundry. Now, if you're

overwhelmed and you have a lot of laundry, probably the best thing to do would be to start a load

of towels and underwear just to ensure that you have those essentials, or maybe there's

something else that needs to go in there

that's super important, somebody's uniform or something like that. But I typically will, if I get

behind on laundry, we'll start with a load of towels and a pair of underwear for each person,

just to make sure in case they're running low in their drawers or something.

So that's one thing you can do. Maybe you're not behind on laundry and you want to just strip one of the beds and start some sheets washing.

But get a load of laundry started if you need to. And then another thing that I always do, I mean, almost always, I either do this

or I delegate this, straightening up the front entrance area of my home, which for me is the entire

living room. I mean, even just before I went to record the show, I asked someone to straighten up that front room.

And my goal is to keep it straightened up and to kind of raise the standard in that room.

But, you know, with a large family, clutter happens.

So straighten up that front entrance area. I like to feel like if my husband

came home early, he would get a good impression when he first walked in. Even if things weren't

perfect in the rest of the house, he would walk in and at least, you know, see a clean entrance area.

Or if I answered the door and somebody was kind of looking past me.

And it's not that I'm just in constant fear of these things,
