Summary
Learn what is going on in the stock market, why it has dropped 6 percent from its highs and why you need to have some cash on hand.
The "two agreements" caused the stock market to rise 18.5% this year. They are: interest rates being cut by .25% and a trade deal with China. Since neither has happened, the stock market is re-pricing to find fair value. Find out why and why Linda thinks a "panic" may happen sometime in the next few months and what to do if it does.

| 1:05.6 | climbed 18.5% earlier this year is because of two things. I call them the two agreements. One was that the Federal Reserve said |
| 1:18.1 | they were going to cut interest rates by a quarter of a percent. The other is we were expecting a trade deal with China. |
| 1:27.0 | So based on those two things the stock market continued to climb. |
| 1:32.0 | When those two things didn't happen, those two agreements did not happen, |
| 1:38.4 | the market had gone up expecting those things to happen, so it's only natural that it would have to |
| 1:44.0 | reprice itself lower. And that is exactly what I told my VIP experience group |
| 1:49.7 | on our monthly webinar on May 9th. Since that time the markets come down about 6% and |
| 1:56.2 | we're having a little bit of a rebound here. But nonetheless we still have to look |
