Buckeye Talk Pot as we continue to try to wrap our minds around all the things that are

happening in the Ohio State football sphere, even though nobody is playing football. We're in all-season

mode, which means it's fun. Everything that's happening is supposed to be fun. It's been a long time

coming, 20 years, but the

original sleeves, the heritage sleeves are officially back on the jerseys. This is day two of

we're not talking about uniforms, but it happens. So now we're going to talk about the uniforms.

Is everybody happy? Are you guys happy to have those back full time? I think it looks cooler.

I think it's like a better look for the uniform. This was, whenever you show up on a beat, there's always something that like a fan base super cares about that you just like never heard of. Sure. And I think this was like my thing when I showed up on the beat where everybody was like creeping out. Ooh, the heritage. Oh, the heritage. It's like, what are they? Like, I had no, like, before I was going on the beat, I don't know.

I'm not fine tooth combing, like, oh, this is what this team did with their uniform sleeve. So I had no idea. And I didn't know it was so impactful to people. So I'm glad that people get what they want. I think it looks cool. Fans, fans care about it.

And if they care about it, then I'm fine with it.

I've seen some people on social media and some of our texters as well say that they liked it when it was, you know, for playoff games, for the national championship game.

I'm not opposed to that either.

Like I'm not opposed to that either. Like, this is a good look if it's for marquee matchups. But I saw what the jerseys look like. I see what they're going to look like every game of this season. I can get behind that because I think they look good. I liked what if they weren't going to wear them full time, I did like what they were doing. And they're not the only program in the country who has adopted something like that.
