So I was talking to one of our allies a few weeks ago and he recently moved across the country from California to Austin to start a basketball training center and it's for kids mostly middle school high, and I ask him what's the biggest challenge you

have day in and day out?

Because these are students who are pretty dedicated.

I mean, they're going full force into this calling.

And he said the biggest challenge is when he has to tell them

you're going to have to rework your shot and to rework your shot it's going to take two three months every day

because I'm going to show you a new way to shoot the ball and these were some

of the highest scores on their teams wherever they're from.

And what he was saying is this is the most challenging part

because what was good enough for them to be a top player

in the past isn't good enough for them to be the top player in the

games yet played.

And very few kids will go for that.
