Last night, Stephen Colbert told his viewers that CBS had blocked him from

airing an interview with Democratic Senate candidate from Texas, James Tolariko. The reason that CBS

blocked him from airing an interview with him was because of the FCC's so-called equal time

rule. Now, traditionally, talk shows get a pass, right?
